As a QA Analyst I at Sledgehammer games, I worked coordinating with stakeholders to gather and consolidate information on current status for testing. I also coordinated with External partners to investigate new features and game concepts to ensure quality investigating major callouts and administering any updates in JIRA, managing our Testrail testing suites, mentoring new team members, and maintain our Confluence library. During this time, I also synced directly with directors, designers, artists, and production weekly to update the current quality of the game as well as any future features that would need to be investigated.
Primary Responsibilities:

Gathered and consolidate feedback from stakeholders to inform project assessment, leading to smoother development and performance.

Coordinated with External partners to investigate new features and game concepts to ensure quality content in final product.

Identified, investigated, regressed, and communicated hundreds of issues/defects effects effectively and efficiently in JIRA.

Coordinated with External QA on investigating features and callouts to ensure quality of content for players.

Produced multiple sources of documentation in Confluence for all departments to reference for development.

Investigated all levels in an ambitious deliverable target to ensure high quality for final product.

Synced directly with Directors and Senior members the current status of features to confirm they were set to go live for players during development and live season.
Testrail:

Created/Managed various test cases for all departments to track the status of as testing progresses.

Designing Milestones and Test Plans to distribute out to the team. Initiating and completing Test Runs.
Testing:

Finding, researching, and reporting bugs in engine and in game to ensure quality

Providing detailed code information for asserts, crashes, runtime errors, etc.
