Primary Responsibilities

• Spearheaded and owned early-stage evaluation all 11 characters, 10 raid tools, and 61 weapons, providing production and stakeholders with actionable insights into scope, risks, and feasibility.

• Authored and maintained over 40  pages of cross-functional early-stage documentation for new game concepts, consolidating design intent, technical considerations, milestones, and risk areas to improve alignment across production, engineering, design, and external partners.

• Identified and communicated dozens of feature-level risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks daily, supporting informed production decisions and improved team velocity.

• Executed and delegated over 3000 test cases to internal and external teams to ensure MTX Items were ready for launch effectively that resulted in higher quality features ready ahead of schedule.

• Facilitated daily triage and prioritizing over 200 issues per day and escalating hundreds of major callouts, aligning teams to protect delivery timelines and quality targets.

• Collaborated with Senior Production in development of Presentations and Product Demos for Senior Management, Stakeholders, and Media Events, ensuring timely on-site delivery of materials and resulting in a higher-quality product.

• ​Mentor and train all of our new analysts in game testing fundamentals and the use of our tools, develop, and manage Design test cases in the Testrail software.

• Synthesized feedback from internal and external partner to inform project assessment and status.

• Coordinated with Stakeholders and partners that led to smoother communication and alignment during development

Leadership:

• Led teams of over 50 members, including and external partners, in testing sweeps for upcoming design and technical features

• Mentor and train all of our new analysts in game testing fundamentals and the use of our tools develop and manage Design test cases in the Testrail software.

• Created Tracking documentation for other analysts and external QA teams to utilize and review

Testrail:

• Created and Managed over 100 different of test plans with over 3000 different test cases for all internal and external teams to track the status of features as testing progresses.

• Designing Milestones and Test Plans to distribute out to the internal and external teams for testing and Initiating and completing Test Runs
